Here's a few ideas I've been tossing around for Domus. I've been experimenting with breezes over internal water features, sinking the building into the ground, roof gardens and various roof profiles.
Silas, I like the roof on the top drawing. I don't think we discussed it much. I like the idea of a canopy going over the whole building to shade it and make shady spaces around the perimeter of the building. I also like the idea of the breeze blowing through the gap between the building and the roof as a way a dispersing the hot air from inside the house.
I'm a bit confused about roofs for our building - more on that later.
